Dominic “Dom” Loffredo believes that work should be something we enjoy, not simply endure. Since most people spend a significant portion of their lives working, Dom is passionate about helping law firm owners and their teams—especially those in the elder law and estate planning space—find greater fulfillment, clarity, and satisfaction in what they do every day.

Dom is driven by a simple idea: when people are aligned with their natural strengths, supported with clear communication, and given the tools to grow, they show up more engaged, more productive, and happier at work. By focusing on instinctive alignment, thoughtful communication, and practical training and development, Dom helps law firms build healthier teams and more enjoyable workplaces—without sacrificing performance or profitability.

Dom joined The Million Dollar Solution in 2019 and has served as Director of Operations since 2020. In this role, he supports member service, new member onboarding, and event coordination, while also overseeing HR consulting services for firms nationwide. He works closely with firm owners and leaders on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing staff in ways that support long‑term success and team satisfaction.
As a SHRM‑Certified Professional and a Certified Kolbe Consultant and Team Specialist, Dom partners with individuals, teams, and entire firms to align people’s instinctive strengths with the work in front of them—creating more productive, efficient, and fulfilling work environments.

Outside of work, Dom is proud to be a “Girl Dad” and can usually be found spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters whenever he gets the chance.
