Executive Coordinator

Madison “Maddie” Holland believes that strong organization and clear communication are essential to a successful team. In her role as Executive Coordinator, she is passionate about creating structure, supporting others, and helping daily operations run smoothly in a fastpaced environment.

Maddie provides administrative and operational support across the organization, including coordinating events, managing schedules, assisting with hiring processes, and supporting member relations. Known for her attention to detail and dependable approach, she works behind the scenes to keep priorities aligned, maintain efficiency, and ensure both team members and clients have a seamless, positive experience.

Maddie recently joined The Million Dollar Solution and is excited to continue growing in her role while contributing to the team’s ongoing success and collaboration.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys reading and traveling. One of her favorite destinations has been Menton, France, where she enjoys the charm and beauty of the French Riviera.
