Strategic Financial Analyst

Morgan High is a Certified Public Accountant who believes that strong planning is the foundation of every successful firm—much like the principles at the heart of estate planning. Guided by the belief that failing to plan is planning to fail, Morgan helps firms and their leaders clearly define and achieve their goals while keeping the organization’s mission and long‑term vision at the center of every decision.

Morgan partners with firm owners to turn strategy into action, whether that means planning the rollout of new procedures, welcoming and onboarding new staff, expanding into a new sector of services, or preparing for succession planning. She believes that with the right guidance and a well‑designed plan, any goal is achievable.

Morgan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lycoming College and went on to obtain her Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. After spending time in public accounting, serving as an adjunct professor at Lycoming College, and working as a financial analyst in the healthcare sector, Morgan joined The Million Dollar Solution in 2025. While she values numbers and data as essential starting points, she believes true success comes from understanding the story behind the numbers and the real‑world situations firms face—because that context is what ultimately drives meaningful, sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé, valuing the memories they make together.
