Olivia is driven by a simple belief: support should feel accessible, not overwhelming. With a natural passion for advocacy and helping others navigate challenging systems, she brings clarity, compassion, and steadiness to the caregivers she serves.

Olivia joined The Million Dollar Solution in 2025 as a part‑time Podcast Coordinator, where she supports the Hey Woman Podcast through social media content creation and the development of caregiver‑focused resources. She is especially committed to making information easier to understand and helping caregivers feel more confident as they move through unfamiliar or stressful situations.

With a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a strong desire to uplift those who often feel overlooked, Olivia approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine dedication to service. She values creating content that not only informs but also reassures caregivers that they are not alone in their journey.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys playing golf, solving puzzles, and traveling with her family. She is also newly engaged and is currently learning that planning a wedding is basically a full‑time job, just without the PTO.
