As President and Chief Executive Officer of The Million Dollar Solution, Julie provides strategic leadership to an organization dedicated to helping businesses grow with greater intention, profitability, and impact. She works closely with owners and leadership teams across the country to strengthen their organizations through better leadership, stronger systems, and innovative growth strategies.

A serial entrepreneur at heart, Julie understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come with building and scaling successful businesses. Her practical perspective is rooted in decades of experience creating organizations, leading teams, and helping business owners transform vision into reality. Known for her ability to identify opportunities others may overlook, she helps leaders think beyond today’s challenges and create businesses that are positioned for long-term success.

In addition to her role at The Million Dollar Solution, Julie is the Founding Partner of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, one of Pennsylvania’s leading elder law and estate planning firms. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA)—a distinction held by a select group of attorneys nationwide—she has dedicated her legal career to helping families navigate aging, long-term care planning, estate planning, and special needs planning with confidence and clarity.

Throughout her career, Julie has been recognized for her ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution. Whether leading a law firm, launching a new business venture, or helping clients achieve their goals, she brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to excellence, and an unwavering focus on creating meaningful results.

Outside of her professional work, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new opportunities for growth and learning, and supporting initiatives that positively impact the communities she serves.

Dominic “Dom” Loffredo believes that work should be something people genuinely enjoy—not simply endure. Because when people are aligned with their strengths, supported with clarity, and given the right systems to succeed, they don’t just feel better about their work—they perform at a higher level.

As Chief People & Performance Officer at The Million Dollar Solution, Dom partners with law firm owners and leadership teams across the country to align people, processes, and performance in a way that drives real business outcomes. His work sits at the intersection of talent strategy and operational excellence—helping firms build teams that are not only more engaged, but also more productive, profitable, and scalable.

Dom’s approach is rooted in a simple belief: high-performing organizations aren’t built by accident. They are intentionally designed through better hiring decisions, clearer communication, aligned roles, and consistent development. By focusing on instinctive strengths, practical systems, and leadership accountability, he helps firms transform their teams into a true competitive advantage.

Since joining The Million Dollar Solution in 2019, Dom has played a key role in the growth and evolution of member services, onboarding systems, and firm support initiatives. In his leadership role, he guides firm owners through the full lifecycle of talent—from recruiting and hiring to onboarding, training, and long-term development—ensuring their teams are equipped to support sustained growth.

As a SHRM-Certified Professional and Certified Kolbe Consultant and Team Specialist, Dom brings both structure and insight to his work, helping individuals and teams better understand how they naturally operate—and how to leverage that for stronger collaboration and performance.

Outside of his professional work, Dom is most proud of being a “girl dad.” He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their two daughters, Magnolia and Penelope—usually chasing them around, exploring, or finding any excuse to be outside together.

Long-Term Care Planner, Steinbacher, Goodall, & Yurchak

Kristin Daugherty is a Long-Term Care Planner with Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, where she has dedicated more than 15 years to serving clients and their families. She manages the firm’s seventh office location in Muncy and oversees the Elder Care Navigation Departments across all seven offices, ensuring a high level of support and coordination for individuals navigating complex care decisions.

In her role, Kristin works closely with the firm’s attorneys to guide clients through every stage of long-term care planning. Her services include counseling on long-term care options, assisting clients in qualifying for programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and veterans’ benefits, providing comprehensive elder care navigation, and proactively helping families protect assets from the high cost of future care.

Kristin is a Certified Medicaid Planner™ through The Wealth Institute – one of only a limited number of professionals in Pennsylvania to hold this designation. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, equipping her to educate and train professionals on best practices for supporting individuals living with dementia.

Driven by her passion for dementia care, Kristin serves as an Alzheimer’s Association Community Educator and is a trained facilitator with Second Wind Dreams as a Virtual Dementia Tour® trainer. She is an active member of Dementia-Focused Practice, collaborating with elder law firms nationwide to promote dementia-friendly practices within the legal field. Locally, she is leading efforts to establish Dementia Friendly Lycoming County, working to create a more supportive and informed community for individuals and families affected by dementia.

Kristin is a graduate of Lycoming College and began her career as a case manager with the STEP Office of Aging, where she worked within the Pennsylvania Department of Aging Waiver Program. She is also trained through the Pennsylvania Institute of Protective Services to provide Older Adult Protective Services for individuals at high risk for abuse or neglect.

Kristin resides in Hughesville, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Kyle, and their two children, Kendall and Kyler.

Chief Financial & Systems Officer

Cortney Steinbacher is the Chief Financial & Systems Officer (CFSO) at The Million Dollar Solution, where she works alongside business owners and leadership teams to turn financial complexity into clarity, confidence, and sustainable profit. With a hands-on, strategic approach, Cortney helps firms uncover inefficiencies, strengthen financial systems, and make smarter decisions rooted in real numbers—not guesswork.

Drawing on deep expertise in accounting, financial planning, and operational strategy, Cortney partners with businesses to improve cash flow, reduce costs, price services more profitably, and build financial infrastructures that support long-term growth. Her work is especially impactful for owners who feel successful on paper but uncertain about what their numbers are really telling them.

In addition to her consulting work, Cortney serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, where she rose from Senior Staff Accountant to CFO in just a few years. In that role, she has led firm-wide financial transformation initiatives, streamlined accounting and billing operations, implemented modern financial systems, and supported leadership with clear, actionable financial insight.

Cortney holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. Her professional background includes internships at Ernst & Young and TJX Companies, as well as public accounting experience at RSM in Boston. She is a Kolbe Certified Consultant, an Actionstep Partner, and the author of Fixed Fee Formula, where she shares practical strategies for building predictable revenue and sustainable business models.

Known for her ability to translate complex financial data into plain-English guidance, Cortney helps clients replace financial anxiety with informed action. She brings a rare blend of technical expertise, operational experience, and real-world leadership insight to every engagement.

Cortney is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, Minnie, along Boston Harbor, getting lost in a good book, and traveling.
